A colleague of mine linked me to Pulse's site, awesome!
So what's Pulse? It's “a product family that provides options to obtain, configure, manage or ship Eclipse-based products”, basically you get an interface with which you can search and install plugins very easily. So one can make several profiles for each task, like for example, C development, Java development and Php, with the possibility of sharing them between home and work environments.
This can be useful for teams of developers that want to be sure to have the same IDE or for developers who also work from home.
